Updating the aTouchAway® Dashboards

Following a program update, it may be necessary to take these steps to load the new version of the program.

After a program update, users may need to close and re-open their Internet browser to see the new version of the aTouchAway® Dashboards.


If closing and re-opening the Internet browser does not display the new version of the aTouchAway® Dashboards, users may need to do a hard refresh of their Internet browser to see the most recent version.

For Windows Users

Click Shift + “reload this page” (refresh) to force a hard refresh.

For Mac OS Users

Click Command + Shift + R or Shift + reload to force a hard refresh.

 

For users who access the aTouchAway® App through either the iOS or Android app (not through an Internet browser), it may take several days for the new version to appear.
