aTouchAway® Dashboards & App Versions

Follow these instructions to find the current version of your aTouchAway® Dashboards & App

The aTouchAway® solution is updated on a regular basis.  You may wish or need to find which version of the aTouchAway® Dashboards and App you are currently using. For example, if you are working with Aetonix® Technical Support, they may ask you which version of the aTouchAway® Dashboards or App you are using.

aTouchAway® Dashboards

To find the version number for your aTouchAway® Dashboards, click the 3-line menu in the top right corner of your aTouchAway® Dashboards.

 

On the 3-line menu, scroll down to the bottom of the list.  At the very bottom of the menu, you will find the current version for your aTouchAway® Dashboards.

aTouchAway® App

To find the version number for your aTouchAway® App, click Account menu at the top of the aTouchAway® App homepage.

On the Account menu page, scroll to the bottom of the page.  At the very bottom of the menu, you will find the current version for your aTouchAway® Dashboards.

Update the Version(s)

If your version of the aTouchAway® Dashboards and / or App is not the most current, you may need to:

  • close and re-open your aTouchAway® Dashboards and / or App to load the new version
  • clear the Internet browser's cache to show the most recent version(s)
    • For Windows users, click Shift + “reload this page” (refresh) to force a hard refresh.
    • For Mac OS users, click Command + Shift + R or Shift + reload to force a hard refresh.

For users who access the aTouchAway® App through either the iOS or Android app (not through an Internet browser), it may take several days for the new version to appear.

Current Available Version

When an updated version of the aTouchAway® Dashboards and / or App are released, a new Release Notes page is added to the Help Centre (info.aetonix.com).

The Release Notes pages contain the new version(s) of the aTouchAway® Dashboards and / or App. 

Find the most recent Release Notes from the list (found at the top of the list) and click the link.

On the Release Notes page, the new version number(s) will appear just below the title. Version numbers are not sequential, but for each release, the number of the new version will be higher than the last.  For example, v9 is more recent than v8.
