Once a kit request has been completed, there is a small window of time within which the kit request can be cancelled.
Before the kit is assigned by Logistics (Kit State: Requested)
On the Patients page, find the patient's name and click the 3 dots to the right of their name. On the 3-dot menu, choose Cancel Kit Request.
After the kit is assigned by Logistics (Kit States: Assigned, Shipping, Received, Setup)
Once a kit has been assigned, the time between assignment, shipping, and receiving the kit is usually very short. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel a kit request once the kit is assigned (Kit State: Assigned).
When the patient's kit state is changed to Setup (following a successful patient onboarding phone call), the option to retrieve the kit is available.
On the Patients page, find the patient's name and click the 3 dots to the right of their name. On the 3-dot menu, choose Retrieve Kit.
When the retrieve kit request is made, Logistics will start the process of offboarding the patient, which includes arranging a window of time for picking up the kit.
