The Search Bar: Search from any page to find the answers you're looking for. You can use keywords or phrases. Try asking a question in the "how do I... ?" format.
The Sidebar navigation: On the left side of this article, you'll see the different help categories contained in the Help Centre. Click the categories to see sub-categories. Article content will be displayed in the main body of the page.
Our Help bot: Click the help button in the bottom right-hand corner of any page and type in what you're looking for. You'll receive suggestions based on the information you've provided. If the Help bot can't find the answer for you, they will connect you to an agent for live chat support if an agent is available.
