We have a lot of great self-help features in our help centre to help you find the answers you need fast!

The Search Bar:  Search from any page to find the answers you're looking for.  You can use keywords or phrases.  Try asking a question in the "how do I... ?" format.  

The Sidebar navigation:  On the left side of this article, you'll see the different help categories contained in this help centre. Click on the categories to see sub-categories. Article content will be displayed in the main body of the page. Perhaps this can help guide you to what you're looking for?  

Our Help bot:  Click on the help button in the bottom right-hand corner of any page and type in what you're looking for.  You'll receive suggestions based on the information you've provided.  If the Help bot can't find the answer for you, they will connect you to an agent for live chat support, if an agent is available.  If no agent is available, you'll be able to submit your question and someone will get back to you.  

Can't find what you're looking for?  Try rephrasing your question to a simple "how do I...?" format.
