Creating a Clinician Account

Follow these steps to create a Clinician account in the aTouchAway® App. 

These instructions are for Clinicians only

Patients: Do not create an account; an account will be created for you.

Clinicians must create an account on the aTouchAway® App.  The aTouchAway® App can be accessed in two ways:

  • on an Internet browser at app.aetonix.com
  • by downloading the aTouchAway® App for an Android or iOS device

    • For instructions on downloading the aTouchAway® App for an iOS device, click here.

Once the aTouchAway® App is open, click the appropriate location button at the bottom of the page.

Click Ok on the pop-up window.

Click Create yourself an account.

On the next page, enter your first name, last name, business email, and password (twice).  Choose your preferred language.

Be sure that your password meets the criteria at the top of the page.

Click the circles to the left of the statements:

  • I accept the aTouchAway License Agreement.
  • I have read and agree to the Aetonix Privacy Policy.

If you would like the read the License Agreement and / or Privacy Policy, click the button(s) above the statement(s).

Then, click the Register aTouchAway button at the bottom of the page.

A new aTouchAway® solution account has been created.

Use the credentials entered here to access the aTouchAway® App and Dashboards in the future.

You will not be able to access the aTouchAway® Dashboards until your Org Manager has added you to the Organization Staff list.  Instructions for this process can be found here.
