Deleting your BYOD aTouchAway® Account
These instructions are for Bring Your Own Device users only. This request should only be made after your Care Program is completed.
If you are a patient who used a tablet provided by your Care Team to enter health information and / or answer questions, please contact your Care Team to ask about deleting your aTouchAway® account.
If you are a patient that used their own device (tablet, smartphone, or computer) to enter health information and / or answer prompts (questions), you can request to have your Aetonix® aTouchAway® account deleted.
To request account deletion, please send an email to: support@aetonix.com.
In the email, please include your name. Also, please state clearly that you would like your account to be deleted.
A member of the Aetonix® Technical Support team will reach out to follow up on your request.
