Deleting your Staff aTouchAway® Account
These instructions are for Organization Staff users only.
If you are a staff member who has left their organization or has shifted position and no longer uses the Aetonix® aTouchAway® platform, you can request to have your Aetonix® aTouchAway® account deleted.
To request account deletion, please send an email to: support@aetonix.com.
If possible, please send your email from the email account associated with your aTouchAway® account.
In the email, please include your name. Also, please state clearly that you would like your account to be deleted.
A member of the Aetonix® Technical Support team will reach out to follow up on your request.
