You may be required to enter your vital sign readings in the aTouchAway® App. These instructions will guide you through that process.
Please note that your aTouchAway® App interface may differ from the screenshots provided here, depending on the care plan you are following.
If your aTouchAway® App does not contain the necessary tools for you to interact with your healthcare provider, please contact them to ensure your settings are correct.
Your screen may also look different depending on the size and type of device you are using. The images contained here are from the aTouchAway® App on an iPhone.
When you log in to your aTouchAway® App, you will see two tabs on the bottom of your screen. Tap Health to continue.
The Health screen will give you an overview of all the different functions that are available in your aTouchAway® App. Tap on each of the boxes to add data in each category. The Overview will give you a summary of the latest results/values that you've entered.
