Multi-Form Viewing on the User Overview

Use the User Overview page to see a reverse chronological list of Forms, Notes and Interventions.

Patient Mangers can access all Forms, Notes and Interventions for a specific patient by accessing the User Overview page.  

This functionality allows staff to skim through all documents without having to open each one individually or move to different parts of the platform to access different types of documents.

To access the User Overview, use one of the following methods.  Your access may depend on your organization, your role, or your permissions.

1. Use Health Overview

On the Dashboard under Live Monitoring, click Health Overview.    

Find the patient's name.  You can use the search bar or filters to assist in locating a specific patient. Click the patient's name to access the User Overview.  

2. Use Creation / Token

On the Dashboard under User Management, click Creation/Token.

Find the patient's name.  You can use the search bar or filters to assist in locating a specific patient. Click  the eye icon to the right of the patient's name to access the User Overview.

3. Use Patients

On the Dashboard under User Management, click Patients.

Find the patient's name.  You can use the search bar or filters to assist in locating a specific patient. Click the 3-dot menu to the right of the patient's name.  Click User Overview to access the User Overview.

User Overview

On the User Overview page, click the Forms tab.  Click the dropdown list to filter the available forms and notes.

Click the checkbox to the left of each document to include it in the list.

The filtered list of documents will appear in reverse chronological order with the most recent appearing at the top of the list.  The header of each document will include the title, date, and name of editor.

For applicable documents, the icons for Edit, Delete and Lock will appear in the top right corner.  Users can Edit the document without leaving the User Overview page, Delete the document from the patient's record, or Lock the document so no further changes can be made to the document.
