Use the Patient Overview page to see a reverse chronological list of Forms and Interventions.
Patient Mangers can access all Forms and Interventions for a specific patient by accessing the Patient Overview page.
This functionality allows staff to skim through all documents without having to open each one individually or move to different parts of the platform to access different types of documents.
To access the Patient Overview, use one of the following methods. Your access may depend on your organization, your role, or your permissions.
1. Use Health Overview
On the Dashboards under Live Monitoring, click Health Overview.
Find the patient's name. You can use the search bar or filters to assist in locating a specific patient. Click the patient's name to access the Patient Overview.
2. Use Creation / Token
On the Dashboards under Patient Management, click Creation/Token.
Find the patient's name. You can use the search bar or filters to assist in locating a specific patient. Click the eye icon to the right of the patient's name to access the Patient Overview.
3. Use Patients
On the Dashboards under Patient Management, click Patients.
Find the patient's name. You can use the search bar or filters to assist in locating a specific patient. Click the 3 dots to the right of the patient's name. On the 3-dot menu, click Patient Overview to access the Patient Overview.
Patient Overview
On the Patient Overview page, click the Forms tab. Click the dropdown list to filter the available forms.
Click the checkbox to the left of each document to include it in the list.
The filtered list of documents will appear in reverse chronological order with the most recent appearing at the top of the list. The header of each document will include the title, date, and name of editor.
For applicable documents, the icons for Edit, Delete, History and Lock will appear in the top right corner. Users can Edit the document without leaving the Patient Overview page, Delete the document from the patient's record, check the History of the document or Lock the document so no further changes can be made to the document.
