Users may need to close and re-open their aTouchAway™ Dashboards to load the new version. The browser’s cache may need to be cleared to show the most recent version. For Windows users, click Shift + “reload this page” (refresh) to force a hard refresh. For Mac OS users, click Command + Shift + R or Shift + reload to force a hard refresh.
For users who access the aTouchAway™ App through either the iOS or Android app (not through an Internet browser), it may take several days for the new version to appear.
