Fixed - Workflows pushDescription doesn't react properly when the description is empty
Fixed - Patient Under management group remain assigned to manager after patient is made inactive
Fixed - Form submissions "always display" function (Some parts of a completed form do not show up)
Fixed - Can't add devices to basic RPM users
Fixed - Buttons on "Select type of reading" screen are not responsive
