How to Set a Reminder for your Patient

You can set reminders for your patients in the aTouchAway app. There may be reminders included in the Workflow you are using, but you can still create extra reminders as needed.

To create a reminder for your patient, log in to your aTouchAway app and select your patient in the Your Managed Patients section of your app.  

Click on Reminders (the bell icon).

Click +Set up a new reminder.

Enter the details of your reminder, including the message, delivery time, and delivery frequency.

The message can be scheduled for a specific date or specific days of the week.  You can also customize how the patient can respond to the reminder.

Once your reminder is complete, click on Save

The reminder will now appear in the patient's app at the scheduled time.
