# How to Set a Reminder for your Patient

## You can set reminders for your patients in the aTouchAway® App. There may be reminders included in the Pathway you are using, but you can still create extra reminders as needed.

To create a reminder for your patient, log in to your aTouchAway® App and select your patient in the **Your Managed Patients** section of your aTouchAway® App.  

Click ***Reminders*** (the bell icon).

Click ***+Set up a new reminder***.

Enter the details of your reminder, including the message, delivery time, and delivery frequency.

The message can be scheduled for a specific date or specific days of the week.  You can also customize how the patient can respond to the reminder.

Once your reminder is complete, click ***Save***. 

The reminder will now appear in the patient's aTouchAway® App at the scheduled time.
