I get an error saying "email already in use"
If you register for an account in the app and then try to activate a link sent by your health care provider, you may get an error message saying that your email is already in use.
If you have received this error while setting up your account, please try the steps included in this article: I registered in the app before receiving the email link.
If that does not resolve your problem, please submit a help request.
