Tips for Navigating the aTouchAway app
Lightly tap on the tablet to navigate through the buttons. Repeated tapping and holding the button will not produce the intended action. It may take a few seconds for the app to progress through to the action you're expecting.
A light tap on a button is all that is needed to navigate through the app. There is no need to press on the screen or hold the buttons.
Note that there is a slight delay between tapping the button and the action that will happen. Tapping the button repeatedly will not speed up the action but may cause a greater delay.
The video below shows the light tap and the expected tablet response. Towards the end of the video, you can see how holding the button or tapping and moving quickly between the menu items does not produce a better outcome.
