How to reset your app if it is not responding. (iPhone and iPad)
If you have downloaded and installed aTouchAway on your Apple device (iPhone, iPad) and it does not open or does not respond, try the steps below to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
Ensure your device is compatible with aTouchAway
The list of compatible systems is available here. If your device is not compatible, you may still be able to use aTouchAway Web by going to https://app.aetonix.com/.
Force quit aTouchAway

Review aTouchAway settings on your device
From the home screen on your device, go to Settings (the gear icon), scroll down to locate aTouchAway, and tap on it. This should display all access granted to aTouchAway on installation. Check the following:
- Ensure Cellular Data is enabled if you are using a mobile network instead of Wi-Fi
- Enable the Microphone and Camera if you are having problems with a call in the app.
- This may not appear if you've never used the microphone or camera on your device for this app.

Reinstall aTouchAway
Start by deleting the app. Then re-download the aTouchAway app by going to https://aetonix.com/download/ and clicking on the Download button for your system.
