Why does the app say my login email is invalid?
Login emails are associated with a region/country. Check that you are in the correct region when logging into the app. You can change your region if it is incorrect.
This occurs when you are trying to log in to a region that is different from the one you initially registered. We currently are in 3 regions including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
To correct the issue, do the following:
1. Select "change region" at the bottom of the sign-in page.
2. Select the correct region and you should be able to sign in now.
