Why does the aTouchAway® App say my login email is invalid?

Login emails are associated with a region/country. Check that you are in the correct region when logging into the aTouchAway® App. You can change your region if it is incorrect.

This occurs when you are trying to log in to a region that is different from the one you initially registered. We currently are in 3 regions including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
To correct the issue, do the following:
1. Select "change region" at the bottom of the sign-in page.
2. Select the correct region and you should be able to sign in now.
